Important Message to Jimbaran Hills Club Members

Dear Members,

The current case is being heard in the Courts in Bali, We believe that whatever the outcome of the court case (this depends on who wants to pay the most for a decision, unfortunately it is like this in the small courts) The case will proceed to the supreme court.

We do not want to pay for a decision because the other party will proceed to the Supreme court, thus it would be a waste of our money, we have decided to proceed directly to the supreme court for a decision.

We will update you with the details of the case as soon as possible.

Members are reminded to forward all corespondence from these companies and under no circumstances make any payments to them

Dear members,

In addition to the current court case, we have a number of civil and criminal cases being filed.

We would like to inform you that Rosemary Coombes has now left Bali and has criminal charges waiting for her upon her return, however I beleive that Rosemary Coombes will not return to Indonesia to face the charges.

The cases against Dennis Arthur New are still under investigation.
