Thank you for supplying copies of your communications and payments for Management Fees to Rosemary Coombes and Dennis Arthur New's companies including PT Bali Island Properties being used to collect Management Fees. For those members yet to submit there evidence please do so as soon as possible, please read previous Posting.

Mr Hanley has concluded meetings with His Lawyers and has made additional police reports on the 22nd of January in Jakarta, In addition to meetings in Singapore with goverment departments.

The court case is on process and Criminal cases are being prepared, we will update you next month with news and progress .

We would also like to request that all members who have made payments to Rosemary Coombes, Dennis Arthur New or to their company illegally claiming to representing Jimbaran Hills Resort or Club to email details along with payment proof to legal@jimbaranhills.com

Dear Members,

It has come to our attention that Dennis New is claiming that he is the new owner of Jimbaran Hills Resort, This is not true, and the court case is continuing in the High Court.

We would like to remind you that no payments should be made to Dennis New, Rosemary Coombes or any of there associated companies. Dennis New is trying to collect money from the Members without any legal right to do so and an additional criminal case will be made with respect to Fraudulent Management Charge collection attempts, this is a fraudulent claim by Dennis New.

Jimbaran Hills Resort's RCI affiliation remains suspended by Our request, You will receive a letter from ourselves and RCI once a final decision has been made in the Courts.

We will update you further as news becomes available.

We would like to inform you that Criminal and Civil court cases are currently being lodged against Rosemary Coombes, No payments are to be made to Rosemary Coombes or associated companies.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this, we endeavour to protect the interests of the owner so that the members can continue to enjoy there memberships at Jimbaran Hills Club and its properties.

2009 Management Fees are due, Invoices will be sent out on the 7th October 2008.

Kamaico Ltd have been authorised to send out and collect management charges for 2009.

As you are aware the world economy is facing uncertainty , We would like to help during these times, therefore we have decide to offer all members, who can settle the management fees without receiving a printed letter with the added postage cost, a discount in their 2009 management charge, Members will be invoiced with the 2003 Management charge.

Payments can be made by either bank cheque or bank transfer only so that we can avoid credit card and other bank charges.

We would like to inform members as we beleive we will have a lower occupancy next year, we will take advantage of this time and making some internal changes with management and renovations during 2009, We may close the resort during certain months to make these changes.

It has come to our attention that Rosemary Coombes operating under a fake website www.JimbaranHills.net and Premier-Management.net is attempting to collect our Members Management Charges, This fake website ends with .net instead of .com, Rosemary Coombes is no longer associated with Montel Properties and Jimbaran Hills Resort/Club and we suggest that you not communicate with Miss Coombes, RCI has been informed and we have decided to temporary suspend any further Spacebank activity until we can secure your transactions and membership entitlements.

Member Services contact details remain the same; members@jimbaran-hills.com and JimbaranHills@kamaico.com these email addresses have been used for more than 10 years

Please do not make any payments through Jimbaranhills.net or MemberServices@Premier-Management.net these are fake website and fraudulent Email address and are not authorised to collect payments on behalf of the club.

Protect yourself it is simple if you receive an email from Jimbaranhills or MemberServices@Premier-Management.net and it ends in .NET do not send any payment details.

Management Charges this year will only be collected by Kamaico Ltd, please do not make any payments to any other company who is fraudulently collecting Management Fees.

Members Please note that Payments made to these companies will possible result in loss of payments made and entitlements if Payment is not received through our approved Management charge collection companies namely Kamaico.com.
