Warning To Jimbaran Hills Club Members
February 10, 2010, We are pleased to confirm that Mr I Made Mudiana the Owner of Jimbaran Hills Club and Resort has been awarded the decission by the Indonesian courts, that confirms the rightful owner is "Mr I Made Mudiana".
We would like to remind you that you should not make any payment to Rosemary Coombes, Dennis New or there respective companies including Premier Management, Criminal Fraud charges are in process with the Indonesian Prosecution.
Jimbaran Hills will continue to collect Management Fees through PT Montel Resor, Mr I Made Mudiana is the owner of this company and this company is not affiliated to Dennis New, Rosemary Coombes nor David Hanley.
Members can rest assured that the civil dispute between Mr Dennis New and Mr David Hanley is a private matter between the two parties and has nothing to do with the Resort.

9th August 2009 - Fraudulent Website JimbaranHills.NET is a fraudulent website, we appologise for any confusion caused and would like to warn members not to make any payments to this website or any email address with .NET, Rose Coombes alias Rosemary Wilshire, Dennis New have stolen member details and are trying to fraudulently collect Members Management Fees, police are in the process of making charges against those concerned. 12th July 2009

Dear Members
An email has been sent from someone called "I Wayan Dharma", the information contained in the email is incorrect, as previously mentioned we have no intenton of buying decissions from the lower courts as it would be a waste of money, although Dennis New is paying for the lower courts decissions, the supreme court case is continuing and we have filed additional criminal charges against Denns New and Rose Coombes alias Rosemary Wilshire, we believe that this is just a game to try to steal the members management fees and would like to advise members not to pay anything to them.
We would like to remind all members that they should make no payments to these people or their companies, payments to these criminals would mean the loss of any payments made.
These people are well known and can be found by searching through google or any popular search engine on the internet, simply search for or click here Dennis New timeshare to find out what has been reported about him.
We require the help of the members to beat these fraudulent comunications, the police have requested that we ask members to forward any correspondence with these people especially any invoices that you may recieve, please forward all communications and invoices recieved from jimbaranhills.net to fraud@jimbaran-hills.com or fraud@jimbaranhills.com

Dear Members,
The current case is being heard in the Courts in Bali, We believe that whatever the outcome of the court case (this depends on who wants to pay the most for a decision, unfortunately it is like this in the small courts) The case will proceed to the supreme court.
We do not want to pay for a decision because the other party will proceed to the Supreme court, thus it would be a waste of our money, we have decided to proceed directly to the supreme court for a decision.
We will update you with the details of the case as soon as possible.
Members are reminded to forward all corespondence from these companies and under no circumstances make any payments to them

Dear members,
In addition to the current court case, we have a number of civil and criminal cases being filed.
We would like to inform you that Rosemary Coombes has now left Bali and has criminal charges waiting for her upon her return, however I beleive that Rosemary Coombes will not return to Indonesia to face the charges.
The cases against Dennis Arthur New are still under investigation.

nor authorised by us to make such calls. We strongly advise
you not to respond to any calls or requests for payments
and that you report any such incidents directly to the authorities.
Rosemary Coombes is now working for this company and it is beleived that she has taken members details illegally from Jimbaran Hills Club, This is being investigated by the authorities.
